What Is Rapid Resolution Therapy®?
Rapid Resolution Therapy® (RRT), created and developed by Dr. Jon Connelly, is an integrative approach that clears the negative effects of painful events, beliefs, and meanings. Many of these events can be traumatic, but it is not necessary to have experienced trauma to benefit from RRT.
This approach to healing and positive change utilizes precise and strategic multi-level communication that clears the effects gently and painlessly even if the event, belief, or meaning has been repressed, forgotten, or not known. When something painful or disturbing is experienced, it can slam into awareness leaving a lasting impression. Even when the experience is finished, deeper parts of the mind may continue to respond as if the disturbing event is still occurring. Even experiences that have been forgotten can continue to exert a negative influence. By eliminating the ongoing influence of events, beliefs, and meanings, blocked energy is released, healing occurs and change is automatic.

Mind Shifts 4 Life meetings are for individuals, 18 and older unless otherwise arranged.
My Role in Our Meeting
I bring a unique approach that blends my expertise as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a non-traditional, solution-focused method that aligns more closely with experiential transformation and coaching. While my background includes clinical training, I am not operating as a traditional therapist in these meetings. I don't diagnose or provide treatment. Instead, I focus on helping you shift patterns, resolve subconscious misalignment, and integrate lasting change through the Align-Shift-Integrate (ASI) Method.
This means I work differently than counselors who provide psychotherapy, and in some ways, my role resembles that of a coach or guide—helping you gain clarity, rewire limiting beliefs, and create meaningful shifts in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. If you’re looking for traditional therapy, I won't be the right fit. However, if you're ready for a targeted, effective, and often enjoyable process of change, we may work well together.
What to Expect
Our meetings may include perspective shifts, guided processes, cognitive restructuring, metaphors, and subconscious exploration—all designed to create coherence between your mind, body, and emotions. Some shifts happen quickly, while others require time to fully integrate. The process is about aligning your intentions, shifting subconscious patterns, and reinforcing those changes so they become part of your daily life.
Clients often tell me they appreciate how effective, engaging, and even enjoyable these shifts can be. My goal is to accomplish as much as possible in the shortest time necessary while ensuring the transformation is deep and sustainable. Depending on the situation, most people meet with me one to three times for a particular shift. However, you’re welcome to schedule additional meetings as long as we are actively achieving your desired results.
